- Physiotherapy – at one of our three Clinics, Hallett Cove, Huntfield Heights or Aldinga
- Exercise Physiology
- Massage Therapy
- Hydrotherapy
- Dietary Advice
All treatments are tailored to the individual and may include;
- Soft tissue mobilisation (massage)
- Muscle re-education which can improve control
- Joint manipulation and mobilisation to reduce pain and stiffness
- Exercise programs to strengthen muscles and improve mobility
- Advice and assistance with the purchase and use of mobility aids
We have a fully equipped gym where we run group and individual gym sessions which are fully supervised by our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologist.
We conduct Hydrotherapy sessions at the Sherriffs Road Swimming Centre at Reynella which is fully supervised by our Physiotherapists and accessible by a pool ladder.
All our Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologist and Massage Therapists are fully qualified and insured and all our Physios are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).
